Trust Reputation provides reputation management and customer feedback services. We design and operate compliant outreach campaigns that invite your verified customers to share their own authentic feedback on leading review platforms.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of any customer contact data you provide to us. You confirm you have collected the appropriate consent under applicable communication laws (including TCPA, GDPR, PECR and equivalent) before authorizing outreach to be sent.
All plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Reviews are written by real customers at their own discretion. We do not, and cannot, guarantee a specific number of reviews, ratings, ranking changes or business outcomes. Any forward-looking statements are illustrative only.
The Trust Reputation name, brand, website, dashboard and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business.
Trust Reputation is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party review platform. All trademarks and brand names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Reputation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust Reputation from any claims, losses or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
