All Trust Reputation plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account or by contacting support@trustreputation.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will not be charged for the following month.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by writing to support@trustreputation.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
After the 7-day window, fees are non-refundable. Any campaigns or outreach already delivered are considered fulfilled. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
Refunds will not be issued where (a) the account has violated our Terms of Service, (b) a chargeback or payment dispute has already been raised, or (c) the service has been used to attempt review manipulation, incentivized reviews, or any activity that violates a third-party review platform's policies.
